CANCELLATIONS:
If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 2 hours of purchase.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Refunds and returns will be accepted within a 30-day window period.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE:
If you are not satisfied with any of our Massage Cannabyss items or products, you may return the item and receive a full refund contingent upon the items or product being received back to Massage Cannabyss within 10 DAYS of purchase date.
WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?
All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment, usually 1 business day. Most orders leave within 1 business days after receipt of payment. You will then receive notification of both processing and shipment.
Orders may be canceled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be canceled.
Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. www.massagecannabyss.com can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.
WHEN WILL MY ITEMS ARRIVE?
Massage Cannabyss oils and balms should arrive within less than one week after order date.
WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
All items are made here in the USA and are shipped from our location in Utah.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. If you have any other questions, please contact us.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?
We ship within the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico and Australia at this time, with the exception of APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
WHY DON'T I SEE THE SAME DEAL ON YOUR WEBSITE THAT I SEE ADVERTISED ON FACEBOOK?
Even after we stop our Facebook advertisements, those posts are still shared and liked by our fans. We can't stop this since it's the way Facebook works.
